摘要
研究了电磁离心复合外场下形成的 0 Cr17Mn14 Mo2 N不锈钢管坯的凝固组织与力学性能。实验结果表明 ,在离心铸造过程中施加合适的磁感强度能够有效地改善 0 Cr17Mn14 Mo2 N不锈钢管坯的凝固组织 ,并使其冲击韧性、伸长率分别由普通离心铸态管坯的 37J/ cm2 和 4 0 %增大到 119J/ cm2 和 5 6 %。进而利用该工艺制取的铸态管坯成功地生产出 0 Cr17Mn14 Mo2
The solidification structure and mechanical properties of centrifugal cast 0Cr17Mn14Mo2N tube blank formed under joint action of electromagnetic and centrifugal fields were studied. The results of experiment show that with proper magnetic induction intensity, the solidification structure of 0Cr17Mn14Mo2N blank can be improved, and the impact toughness and elongation can be increased from 37 J/cm 2 and 40 % to 119 J/cm 2 and 56 % respectively. 0Cr17Mn14Mo2N seamless tubes have been successfully produced with this type of tube blanks.
