摘要
利用光学显微技术对大豆属植物根次生木质部导管分子中侵填体进行了观察.结果发现:在半野生大豆的导管分子中存在细胞型、橡胶型和晶体型侵填体,且数量较多;其他三种类型的大豆导管分子中只含有细胞型侵填体,栽培大豆导管分子中侵填体数量较少.
Tylosis in vessel elements of root secondary xylem on Glycine L. have been stydied by optical microscopic technique.The results showed that there are three kinds of tylosis in vessel elements on semi-wild soybean.They are cellular,rubbery and crystalloid respectively.But only cellular type of tylosis in vessel elements of three other types of soybean.The quantity in semi-wild soybean is more,but is less in Glycine max.
