It is expounded that Shihezi Chemical Plant of Xinjiang Tianye Co. ,Ltd. has adopted appropriate and effective counterrneasures to reduce the cooling temperature of flake caustic and ensure the quality of flake caustic and obtained better results,depending on the existed technique performance of flake caustic machine and the key production indexes in the production of flake caustic by traditional boiler method. A set of more practical and reliable production devices is introduced.
