摘要
介绍离子交换膜的工况。分析盐水中的杂质,阴、阳极液浓度变化,温度,压力对离子交换膜性能和寿命的影响原理。提出维护离子膜的方法有:平稳运行,减少开、停车次数和增加预防控制措施。修复离子膜的方法有停车时循环阳极液、用纯水清洗离子膜或根据实际情况改变运行状态,如离子交换膜受Ca^(2+)、Mg^(2+)轻微污染时,先停车再启动;受中度污染时可将阴极液质量分数从32%调整到33%,或将阳极液质量浓度从190 g/L升至200 g/L,或同时调整阴极液、阳极液浓度。
The operating conditions of ion - exchange membrane are introduced. The impurities of brine,the concentration changes of catholyte and anolyte and the effect principles of temperature and pressure on performance and work life of ion - exchange membrane are analyzed. The maintenance methods of membrane are raised as follows:running stably,smoothly and steadly, reducing the frequency of start- up and shut - down and increasing preventive control measures. Some methods of maintaining ion - exchange membrane are to recycle anolyte and clean ion - exchange membrane with pure water when the system is shut - down. The other ones are to change the state of running depend on actual situation, for example, the system should be shut down and then started up when ion - exchange membrane was light - level polluted by Ca2+ and Mg2+ ; the concentration of the catholyte should be regulated from 32% (wt.) to 33% (wt.) ,or the concentration of anolyte be adjusted from 190 g/L to 200 g/L,or the concentration of catholyte and anolyte be adjusted at the same time when it was middle - level polluted.
