摘要
在分析废旧汽车零部件回收再生方案及其回收经济性的基础上,讨论了汽车回收再生的技术方法和策略;并提出了汽车面向回收再生设计及面向可拆卸性设计的基本原则,分析了可拆卸性设计系统模型;指出面向回收再生设计及面向可拆卸性设计是节约资源、降低成本、实现汽车产品绿色化设计及创建汽车工业可持续发展模式的有效手段之一。
On the basis of analyzing the method of recovery and regeneration of the used parts of cars and its economic profits, the paper discusses the technical methods and strategies, presents the basic principles and the design system models. It points out adopting this method can save the resources and reduce the cost to realize the greenized design and create the continuous development of auto industry.
