摘要
分析了武钢炼钢系统的能源消耗状况,介绍了武钢降低系统能源消耗的主要措施:淘汰落后的生产工艺,降低煤气、电力、氧气、蒸汽等能源介质消耗,加强转炉煤气回收,并不断强化节能管理工作。
This paper analyzes the situation of energy consumption on steel-makin g system at WISCO,and introduces the ways to reduce energy consumption of steel-making system at WISCO:eliminating outdate technology;reducing gas,electric powe r,oxygen and steam consumption;increasing LDG recovery ratio and strengthening e nergy management.
