铸渗法提高铸件耐磨性的研究 被引量:1

摘要 采用传统的铸渗工艺在低碳钢铸件表面形成了高铬铸铁复合层,并考察了渗层的组织和性能。试验结果表明:渗层的显微硬度平均值在700HV左右,从渗层到基体硬度平缓过渡;在三种不同成分的试样中,含铬量40%试样的冲击磨损性能最好,其耐磨性是ZG230-450试样的3.26倍。 With the traditional cast penetrating technology, high cast chromium iron composite layer has been formed on the surface of low carbon steels. The microstructure and properties of cast penetrating layer has been also studied. The test result has shown that the average microhardness of cast penetrating layer has been about 700HV and the hardness from composite layer to matrix changes smoothly. Among the three kinds of samples with different composition, the impact wear property of sample with 40% chromite has been the best and its wear resistance has been 3.26 times of ZG230-450.
