摘要
本文介绍了铸造过程数值模拟技术的应用情况,并列举了CastCAE软件在实际生产中的一些应用。应用表明该软件能够很好地预测充型过程中的冷隔、夹渣等缺陷以及凝固过程中缩松、缩孔等内部缺陷,从而辅助工艺人员进行优化工艺,指导实际铸件生产。
Application of numerical simulation of cast process has been introduced with some practices of CastCAE Software of which using has shown that the software can aid technologists to optimize cast process by forecasting not only the cooling separate Aentrapped slag defects arising during mold filling process but also shrinkage defect arising during the following solidification process.
