中西方保安业比较研究

A Comparative Research on Safe-ensuring Trade between China and Western Countries

由于观念、体制、机制等因素制约,中国当代保安业在行业发展历程、行业地位、社会人文环境、市场经济环境、法治环境、行业专业化程度、行业经营模式、队伍整体素质、行业风险保障机制等方面与西方国家存在不同之处,致使中国当代保安业发展缓慢,与西方国家的差距越来越大。为此,应破除垄断,并改革现行行业管理体制,从而为保安业发展创造良好环境。

Restricted by the facto rs such as opinions,systems and mechanisms,the safe-ensuring trade in China diff ers greatly from that in western countries in the following aspects:history and position of the trade,its social,economic and legal environment,professional deg ree,qualification of personnel,etc.These factors hinder the development of safe-ensuring trade in China and make it fall behind that of western countries.Theref ore,We should break monopoly in this trade,and reform the current management sys tem to create a good envi-ronment for the development of safe-ensuring trade.
