摘要
目的 :探讨丹参水煎液对实验性肺纤维化形成的影响。方法 :气管内注射博莱霉素复制小鼠肺纤维化模型 ,以肺指数、肺组织病理学变化及形态学定量测量 ,并用免疫组织化学方法测定肺组织中TGF β的表达 ,以观察丹参水煎液对肺纤维化形成的影响。结果 :丹参水煎液能抑制实验性肺纤维化小鼠的肺指数及肺组织中TGF β的异常升高。 结论 :丹参水煎液能缓解博莱霉素所致的肺纤维化。
Objective: To discuss effect of Salvia miltiorrhiza on the change of pulmanory pathology and expression of transforming growth factor-β in pulmonary fibrosis mice. Methods: Reproduce the mice models of pulmonary fibrosis by injecting bleomycin to trachea ,then treat the mice by Salvia miltiorrhiza,and observe effect of Salvia miltiorrhiza on the mice models with the target of pulmonary index, pulmonary pathology, expression of TGF-β in pulmonary tissue by use of immunohistochemical technique. Results: Salvia miltiorrhiza could depress pulmonary index, reduce pulmonary pathological damage and could suppress the abnormal increasing expression of TGF-β in pulmonary tissue of pulmonary fibrosis mice. Conclusion: Salvia miltiorrhiza could relief the pulmonary fibrosis reproduced by bleomycin.
