银杏叶多糖的抗肿瘤和免疫调节作用 被引量:49

Studies on immunomodulatory and antineoplastic activities of polysaccharide isolated from Ginkgo biloba leaf (GBLP)

摘要 研究了银杏叶多糖 (GinkgobilobaleafpolysaccharidelGBLP)对小鼠S1 80 实体瘤、腹水瘤的生长抑制作用和对荷瘤小鼠免疫调节作用。小鼠接种S1 80 实体瘤或腹水瘤 ,分组饲喂不同剂量 ( 0mg/kg、5 0mg/kg、10 0mg/kg、2 0 0mg/kg、40 0mg/kg体重 )的GBLP ,检测GBLP对小鼠S1 80 实体瘤和腹水瘤生长的抑制作用以及对荷瘤小鼠脾脏指数和胸腺指数的影响。结果显示 :GBLP荷瘤小鼠的脾脏指数和胸腺指数显著增加 ;四个剂量的GBLP对S1 80 实体瘤的抑瘤率分别为 6.0 3 %、12 .99%、5 5 .69%、62 .89% ;抑制S1 80 腹水瘤的生长 ,并延长荷瘤小鼠的存活时间 ,表明GBLP具有较强的免疫调节活性和抗肿瘤作用。 This paper studied effects of GBLP on immunoregulation and inhibiting proliferation of S 180 tumour in mice. S 180 tumour was inoculated in oxter of forelimb or abdominal cavity of mice separately. Feeding these mice GBLP at different dosage (0mg/kg、50mg/kg、100mg/kg、200mg/kg、400mg/kg body weight) to measure effects of GBLP on spleen index, thymus index and inhibiting growth of S 180 hypostatic tumour, proliferation of S 180 ascites tumour in mice. The results showed that the spleen index and thymus index of mice in experimental groups increased notably; The ratios of GBLP inhibiting growth of S 180 hypostatic tumor were 6.03%, 12.99%, 55.69%, 62.89% respectively; GBLP could inhibit proliferation of S 180 ascites tumour, and prolong surviving time of tumour-burdened mice. It is proved that GBLP has stronger antitumor function and immunomodulatary activity.
