妊娠肝内胆汁淤积症患儿宫内缺氧机理

摘要 目的:探讨妊娠肝内胆汁淤积症患儿宫内缺氧机理。方法:应用Medline系统检索资料,并综合评述。结果:妊娠肝内胆汁淤积症患儿宫内缺氧与胎盘病理变化;胆汁酸;羊水胎粪污染;甾体激素代谢障碍等有关。结论:ICP引起胎儿宫内窘迫及死胎的原因及机理仍有待进一步研究。 Objective: To probe the mechanism of fetal hypoxia in Intrahepatic Cholestasis of pregnancy. Methods: Use Medline system to review the relative literatures, then sum up and analyses. Results: The fetal hypoxia in Intrahepatic Cholestasis of pregnancy was related to the pathology changes in placenta, the levels of bile acids, the meconium stained amnionic fluid and the steroid metabolism. Conclutions: The causes and mechanism of fetal hypoxia in pregnancy women with intrahepatic cholestasis still needs further research.
