对学校来说,新课程将引发一场教育的重组活动,其中最活跃、处于核心地位的变化因素是教师,教师在教学过程中采取的应对措施是变化的重心。
The new curriculum will lead to a recombination in school education. In this recombination, the change of teachers' kernel position is the most active factor. The change of teachers' role and function in teaching process is the crucial change. This essays discusses what Countermeasure teachers should take in the new curriculum so that class can be students paradise for knowledge.
