摘要
短信犯罪是指以向不特定或多数手机用户发送短信为犯罪手段的严重危害社会的行为。短信犯罪因为发送的内容不同可以触犯较多的罪名,在司法实践中应依相关罪名定罪处罚;同时相关单位应加大预防短信犯罪的立法和监管力度。
Messages crime refers to the acts, which seriously harm the society through sending messages to random or lots of owners of mobile telephone. Because of the difference of the sended contents of messages, messages crime can involve some crime. The causes of messages crime have been analyzed. And some prevention measures have been provided.
