摘要
通过对公安机关女民警的基本情况的调查研究,分析了当前女警女性角色心理素质和职业心理素质的一些消极的心理特征及其形成原因,并在此基础上提出了如何提升女警心理素质的若干对策。
The author investigated and studied the basic situation of policewomen in public security organ, analyzed the negative psychological character which the policewomen's diathesis about the role and vocation, and set forth the some countermeasures, which tighten up the policewomen's diathesis.
