以一起利用BBS破坏生产经营案为出发点,通过分析着重比较了损害商业信誉、商品声誉罪与破坏生产经营罪的异同,并进而展开了对刑法条文中不确定含义词语——“其他”、“等”的探讨。
The article focuses on the similarity and difference of the crime damaging commercial goodwill and commodity repute and the crime of sabotaging production and business operations through the analysis of a case about sabotaging production and business operation on BBS.
