公安高校学校编排规范化建设是可行的,也是必要的。对注释和参考文献的规范,应遵循《中国高等学校社会科学学报编排规范》的原则和精神,根据公安高校学报的自身实际情况,走具有公安高校学报特色的编排规范之路。同时,加强与其它学报之间的联系与沟通,鼓励相关人员进行编排规范理论与实践的探索。

It was feasible and necessary of the standardization building about lay-out of the police colleges and universities' journal. Standard the annotations and the reference literatures, we should adhere to the principles and essences of 'china colleges and universities social science journal lay-out standard', according to the owns reality of police colleges and universities' journal, carry out the lay-out standard building which possess characteristic of the police colleges and universities' journal. In the meantime, we should strengthen the connections and links with the other's journal, encourage the interrelated persons to probe into the theory or practice of lay-out standard.
