摘要
利用发射光谱研究固体脱氧核糖核酸 (DNA)经 射线、β射线诱变后结构的变化。图谱显示出 :113 12 .2nm、990 1.0nm和 93 63 .3nm诱变后消失 ;12 72 2 .6nm、12 3 45 .6nm和 90 90 .9nm诱变后减弱 ;7668.7nm、65 5 3 .0nm和 5 966.6nm诱变后增强。说明经过 射线、β射线辐照后 ,DNA碱基受损 ,主链断裂 ,双螺旋结构遭到破坏 ,失去了其复制、转录的生物学功能。
Structural changes of solid deoxyribonucleic acid(DNA)induced by γ-ray and β-ray are studied by emitting spectroscopy.The spectrums give the results:after induced,11312.2nm、9901.0nm and 9363.3nm disappear;12722.6nm、12345.6nm and 9090.9nm decrease;7668.7nm、6553.0nm and 5966.6nm increase.All of these indicate that after γ-ray and β-ray irradiation,the base damage,strand break,double helix structure destroyed,the function of replicate and translation in biology loss.
