Laser,Radiation and press therapy of hypertrophic scar of ear lobe after excision

目的 :了解Nd :YAG激光、锶90 β射线与压迫综合治疗耳垂增殖性瘢痕的疗效。方法 :将耳垂增殖性瘢痕病人 69例分为两组 ,A组手术切除后采用Nd :YAG激光、锶90 β射线和压迫综合治疗 ,B组手术后仅使用锶90 β射线与压迫治疗 ,随访观察比较临床效果。结果 :A组总有效率为 82 .86% ,B组总有效率为 67.64 %。A组有效率高于B组。结论 :手术后采用Nd :YAG激光、锶90

Objective:To investigate the effects of Nd:YAG laser,radiotherapy and press therapy on the hypertrophic scar of ear lobe after surgical intervention.Methods:69 patients of hypertrophic scar of ear lobe were divided into two groups.Group A applied Nd:YAG laser plus radiotherapy and press therapy postoperation and group B applied radiotherapy and press therapy postoperation.The effect was compared with the two groups.Results:The effective rate in group A and B were 82.86% and 67.64% respectively with significantly difference between these two groups.Conclusion:Nd:YAG laser plus radiotherapy and press therapy of hypertrophic scar of ear lobe after excision have a satisfactory result on the controlling of the recurring of the scar.
