CO_2激光和Nd:YAG激光治疗宫颈糜烂及其疗效对比

A comparable study of CO_2 laser and Nd:YAG laser in treatment of cervical erosion

目的 :比较Nd :YAG激光与CO2 激光治疗宫颈糜烂的效果。方法 :分别用Nd :YAG激光和CO2 激光治疗宫颈糜烂患者。用Nd :YAG激光者为治疗组 ,用CO2 激光者为对照组。结果 :治疗组一次治愈率为 92 .2 % ,总治愈率为 99.48% ;对照组一次治愈率为 82 .0 2 % ,总治愈率为98%。随访 10个月 ,对照组 2例复发 ,治疗组无复发。结论 :Nd :YAG激光治疗宫颈糜烂效果优于CO2 激光。

Objective:To compare Nd:YAG laser with CO 2 laser in treatment of cervical erosion.Methods:Patients with cervical erosion were allocated to either Nd:YAG laser(treatment group)or CO 2 laser(control group).Results:379 Patients(92%) and 146 Patients(82.02%)were cured after one treatment and total cure rate was 99.48% and 98% in treatment group and control group respectively.All the patients were followed_up for an average of 10 months.Two relapse in control group,and none in treatment group.Conclusions:The results suggested that Nd:YAG laser had higher cure rate and less relapse than CO 2 laser.
