光动力学疗法与He-Ne激光照射脾区联合治疗荷瘤小鼠的实验研究

Experimental study of photodynamic therapy combined with He-Ne laser radiating spleen on the transplanted tumor mice

由于激光的穿透深度有限 ,光动力学疗法对深部及较大体积的实体瘤治疗效果不佳 ,目前人们致力于PDT治疗与传统治疗方法联合应用的研究。本实验以小鼠S1 80 肉瘤为研究对象 ,观察PDT与He -Ne激光照射脾区联合治疗对小鼠肿瘤的抑制率和生存期的影响 ,结果 :联合治疗组对肿瘤的抑制率最高 ,生存期最长。

Because through depth of laser is limited ,photodynamic therapy is no good for tumor in large and deeper.People study the effects of photodynamic therapy combined with traditionary therapy.This experiment is to observe the effects of photodynamic therapy combined with He-Ne laser radiating spleen on the transplanted tumor mice in inhibition rate and survival time.Result:The group of combined therapy is highest in inhibition rate and survival time.
