摘要
本科学历小学教师除应具备一般教师的基本素质之外,尤其要具有宽广的专业知识、熟练的教学技能、执著的创新精神、扎实的教育理论功底和较强的教育科研能力。本科学历小学教师的培养要立足综合培养,专业有所侧重;突出教育理论,形成科研优势;加强实践环节,培养教育技能;建立激励机制,培养创新精神。
Apart from the general qualities, the undergraduates who are to be primary school teachers should have broader knowledge for their specialty, teaching skills, creativity, solid education theory and ability for doing research. The training of these qualities must base upon comprehensive training, enhance their specialty; stress education theory to form research advantage; highlight practice to develop teaching skills; set up motivating system to cultivate creative spirit.
