On Targets of Faculty Build up in Higher Vocational Institutions

目前,高职高专师资队伍现状与教育部的目标要求差距甚大,实现高职高专师资队伍建设目 标必须借鉴国外高等职业教育师资队伍建设的经验,加强“双师型”教师队伍建设并在教师数量上达到目标。

At present, there is a great distance between the conditions of faculty in higher vocational institutions and the targets set by the Ministry of Education. To reach the goal of faculty build up in higher vocational institutions, we should reference the experiences of other countries in building up their faculty team, and study the basic approaches to build up our staff team. We must strengthen the building of the faculty with double-profession-titled teachers to meet the targets in number, and have a certain number of teachers with master's degrees.
