摘要
研究了大容量高速纺丝的涤纶短纤维用油剂JDS -2 0 5 /JDS -2 0 6配方。该油剂中含有特种结构的烷基磷酸酯钾盐和烷基胺聚氧乙烯醚单体。该油剂经过了 1,7.5 ,3 0kt/a装置的工业应用和纺纱评价 ,在3 0kt/a大容量涤纶短纤维工业装置上应用获得成功。
The formulation of spinning finishes JDS-205/JDS-206 for large-capacity high-speed PET staple fiber spinning was studied. This spinning finishes contained specialized alcohol phosphate potassium and alkyl amine polyoxylethylene ether. The industrial application was conducted and evaluated in 1,7.5 and 30 kt/a PET staple fiber plants. The application in 30 kt/a large-capacity PET staple fiber plant was proved to be successful.
