摘要
对恒定反应条件下 ,两步干法腈纶工艺不同聚合产率配方中各物料的用量进行了分析 ,提出了物料用量的选择依据与合理范围。从反应机理上探讨了中和剂与终止剂的作用本质 ;HSO3- /SO4 -·比例可以作为催化剂用量选择范围的代用指标 ;受亚磺酸稳定性的影响 ,第三单体用量随反应产率的提高而显著下降。
The feed proportioning in the polymerization according to the reaction yield under constant reaction conditions were analyzed and calculated for PAN two-step dry-spinning process. The principle and the reasonable range of feed proportioning were described. The functional essence of neutralizing agent and terminating agent was discussed from the view of polymerization mechanism. HSO 3- and SO 4 -· ratio could be used as a substitutional standard of the range of catalyst amount. Being affected by the stability of sulfinic acid, the quantity of the third monomer was decreased considerably with the increase of reaction yield.
