聚酯装置乙二醇喷淋系统的在线清洗技术

On-line cleaning technique for ethylene glycol spray system of PET plant

为解决聚酯缩聚装置的乙二醇 (EG)循环喷淋系统被低聚物堵塞的问题 ,采取在线清洗技术 ,根据清洗液的 pH值调节氢氧化钠加入量 ,并控制碱洗时间 48h ,碱液浓度 1%～ 10 %时 ,清洗效果好 ,且省时省力、不中断正常生产。

The one-line cleaning technique was adopted to resolve the problem of some oligomers blocking ethylene glycol spray system for PET condensation equipments. The cleaning efficiency can be optimized by adjusting alkaline addition based on the pH value and controlling washing time of 48 h and soda lye concentration of 1%～10%. This technique had the advantages of high efficiency and time-and-labor saving without stopping the production.
