水基料浆注模凝胶法制备氧化铝陶瓷高压真空开关管壳 被引量:1

摘要 采用水基料浆注模凝胶法制备出了高质量的 96 %Al2 O3瓷高压真空开关管壳。解决了高固相含量水基料浆的配制 ,注模凝胶化和脱模操作等问题。研究结果表明 ,其尺寸精度和表面质量良好 ,密度达到 3 .79g/cm3,多项机电性能均超过产品技术要求。证实了水基料浆注模凝胶法制备高压真空开关管壳是一种新的低成本制备技术 。 High voltage vacuum interrupter housing of high quality 96% Al 2O 3 ceramics were prepared using aqueous gel-casting method in this paper. Some matters abou t aqueous slurries of high solid loading, gel-casting and demolding were also so l ved. Results show that dimensional precision and surface quality are fine, and d ensities reach 3.79 g/cm 3. many performances have meet needs of product great ly. Meanwhile experiments prove that aqueous gel-casting is a novel technique of lo w cost fabrication aproch for high voltage vacuum interrupter housing an d it will have wide application in many field.
