摘要
液体的非理想流动行为对催化精馏过程有着重要的影响,也是影响催化精馏塔设计与放大的一个重要因素。 以一维流动三维扩散模型为基础,预测了在反应条件下,收率沿催化精馏塔的轴向、径向的分布。通过甲基叔丁基醚 工业塔实例,阐述了液相轴向、径向扩散系数与液相有效流速对催化精馏过程的影响。
Catalytic distillation is one of the most common means of in - situ product removal. Non- ideal flow behavior of liquid is a fundamental aspect in the design or scale - up of a catalytic distillation column since it has a considerable effect on catalytic distillation process. In this paper, an one - dimensional flow and three -dimensional diffusion model was used to predict the variation of yield along the radius and axis of bed under reaction conditions. An example was given to show the influence of the radial, axial diffusion and actual liquid velocity on the performance of an actual MTBE catalytic distillation column.
