摘要
介绍了非晶态合金催化剂的制备工艺、副产物偏铝酸钠的综合利用以及SRNA-4催化剂在己内酰胺加氢精制过程中的应用效果。采取急冷法制备非晶态母合金并经过碱抽提制得非晶态合金催化剂,副产物偏铝酸钠可作为合成NaY分子筛的原料,生产过程环境友好。对SRNA-4型非晶态合金催化剂与Raney Ni催化剂的XRD谱图、物性、不同官能团的加氢效果以及用于己内酰胺加氢精制的结果对比表明,SRNA-4非晶态合金催化剂优于工业上常用的Raney Ni催化剂。
Preparation of amorphous alloy catalyst SRNA - 4, its commercial application in purification of caprolactam and utilization of byproduct NaAlO2 were studied. Amorphous alloy catalyst SRNA- 4 was prepared from alkali - leached amorphous mother - alloy made by quenching technique. The waste NaAlO2 could be reused in synthesizing NaY zeolite.The process is environment- friendly. In comparison with Raney Ni through XRD patterns, physical properties determination, hydrogenation activity to different functional groups and purification of caprolactam, amorphous alloy catalyst SRNA - 4 showed much higher activity than the widely used Raney Ni catalyst.
