摘要
介绍日本产不透性石墨换热器在大型氯碱厂中的维修情况。对稀盐酸冷却器(A—HE—22)浮头列管式换热器的结构进行改造,该换热器的浮动管板破裂成四块,利用国产胶粘剂粘接修复,并在浮动端安装弹簧,利用弹簧来提供管板密封和温差变化引起的膨胀量,使粘接面不受拉应力的作用,创造了一个新颖的浮动头结构,该设备已成功修复,投入安全运行。
Recommend maintenance situation in the large-scale chlorine alkali factory of the Japan’s imperious graphite heatexchanger. To the thing that the rare hydrochloric acid cooler( A-HE-22) floating-head tube-array-type graphite heat exchanger,transform its structure, the floating- tubeplate have been broken, utilize domestic adhesive repair by splicer, installation spring on thefloating-head. Make splicer surfaces not draw the function of the stress , has created a novel floating-head structure. This equipmentsucceeds in being repaired, put into the safe operation.
