摘要 偏铝酸锂(γ-LiAlO_2)陶瓷,具有良好的热稳定性、化学稳定性、辐照稳定性和机械强度,以及与其他材料的广泛相容性。采用了微波烧结γ-LiAlO_2陶瓷,避免了试件出现裂纹与变形,实现了快速烧结,并得到了传统电炉烧结无法比拟的优异的力学和物理性能,如抗压强度、气孔率以及晶粒尺寸。这为以后高效高质生产偏铝酸锂陶瓷提供了新的途径。 Gamma lithium aluminate, γ-LiAlO2, is a potential candidate for MCFC matrix and tritium breeding material. Lithium aluminate pellets and pipes with thin walls were sintered with 2.45 GHz microwave applicator. It was shown that lithium aluminate ceramic was suitable to heating with microwave energy and to using lower sintering temperature and short heating time compared with conventional method. And above all special requirements on the material properties, such as ultimate compressive strength (C.S.), narrow porosity distribution and homogeneous grain size were achieved. This provides a bright future for fast and high quality sintering of lithium aluminate.
