摘要
数理统计在粉粒产品包装计量中的应用 ,不论从深度和广度上讲 ,目前都尚处于初级阶段。针对化工粉粒产品包装计量准确度的问题 ,采用数理统计的理论和方法 ,提出了抽样检验结果的分析判定方法 ,对包装机的选择及包装计量误差的检验有一定的参考作用 ,通过建立包装系统和包装机计量误差数学模型的设想 ,将粉粒产品包装计量的理论水平提升到一个新的高度。
The application of statistics in packaging and weighing system of chemical powder and granule products,either in the respect of profundity or extensiveness,is in the preliminary stage at present.In allusion to accuracy problem in the packaging and weighing system of chemical powder and granule and with the theory and method of statistics,the analysis and deduction method based on sampling result is put forward,which in some extent has reference for the selection of bagging machine and inspection of establishment of weighing deviation.The establishment of weighing deviation mathematical model of packaging system and bagging machine,is suggested in order to promote the theory of packaging and weighing for powder and granule products to a higher level.
