摘要
知识的构成有两个层面 ,即隐性知识和显性知识。传统的信息管理主要是对显性知识进行组织和处理 ,未将隐性知识纳入管理的范畴。在实际工作中 ,隐性知识往往比显性知识更完善、更具创造价值 ,专业技术人员的工作和创新都更有赖于他们所固有的隐性知识。隐性知识的开发和利用 ,是知识管理的核心。
Knowledge consists of two parts are tacit knowledge and explicit knowledge.Conventional information management mainly focuses on the organization and processing of explicit knowledge,while the tacit knowledge is not incorporated into the management.However,in actual work,tacit knowledge is normally more complete and has more creative value than explicit knowledge.The work and innovation of professionals rely on their inherent tacit knowledge.The development and utilization of tacit knowledge is the core of knowledge management.
