科学精神和人文精神是图书馆管理中不可或缺的两个方面 ,人文环境是人文精神生动形象的体现。以往倡导的人文环境对图书馆的核心和主体———馆员的激励和全面发展并未给予足够的重视。针对图书馆人文环境建设的课题 ,探讨了解决的途径和方法。

This spirit of science and Humanism are two aspects of the library management.The Humanism environment reflects vividly the Humanism spirit.The Humanism environment in the past has not attached importance to the core and subject of library_heartening the libraries and the all-sided development.In the light of the problem of the construction of the library humanism environment some ways and methods are put forward.
