摘要
图书馆立法是图书馆事业发展需要与保障 ,图书馆的法律体系应由图书馆法、图书馆行政法规、图书馆地方性法规、自治条例、单行条例及规章组成 ,它们之间的关系不是简单的叠加 ,而是按照一定的原则和要求组成的一个有机结合的整体。我国目前图书馆的立法还很不完善 ,有待于进一步加强。
Library law is the need and guarantee of the librarianship development.the library law system consists of library law,library management law,library local law,autonomous regulation and rules.Their relations are not simple pieced together.They should be the organic combined entirety consisted by the principles and requirements.The library law is not perfect at present in our country remains to be enhanced.
