摘要
本文提出了民办图书馆是我国图书馆为社区服务的主体与基础的观点 ,阐述了社区图书馆为社区服务的重要意义 ,并指出加强社区图书馆建设急需加强社区图书馆的理论研究。
This paper raises a view about libraries run by the local people are the main part and base in the library services for the districts,expounds the momentous significance of the district libraries services for the districts,and points out the urgent need strengthen the study of the theory in the district library construction.
