The vinyl acetate-propylene copolymer emulsion modified by acetalization has good resistance to freezing and good film strength. Adding of filler improved flame-proofing of the emulsion. With the result that the requirements of adhesive applying on package papers of powder trains for fireworks and firecrackers were meeted.
