摘要
用氯乙酸对魔芋葡甘聚糖进行醚化改性 ,研究了反应温度、反应时间、氢氧化钠和氯乙酸用量对醚化反应的影响。并对改性前后其水溶胶的溶解度、黏度、稳定性。
Konjacu glucomannan was modified by etherifying with chloroacetic acid. Effect of temperature and time of the reaction, using level of sodium hydroxide and chloroacetic acid on the etherifying reaction was studied . Some properties, such as solubility, viscosity, stability, bonding strength and film forming, of the water solution of modified and unmodified konjacu glucomannan were compared.
