摘要
用热分解型引发剂在较低的乳化剂浓度下进行了醋酸乙烯(VAc)的乳液聚合,并将所得聚合物(PVAc)干法醇解。讨论了聚合反应中反应温度、引发剂用量、反应时间对转化率、粘度、最终产物分子质量(M_η)的影响,同时讨论了干法醇解反应中聚合物的甲醇浓度、碱摩尔比、温度与最终醇解率的关系。
Emulsion of vinyl acetate was conducted with latex of low concentration and initiator of pyrolytic reaction, the product was processed by dry alcoholysis reaction. Influences of initiator s dosage ., reaction temperature and time on conversion, viscosity, molecular weight was discussed. Concentration of the polymer, alkaline mol ratio, temperature on the final alcoholysis rate were also discussed.
