摘要
本文主要从民营企业发展所需要的外部环境的角度入手,分析了民营企业在社会信用缺失的外部环境中,相应减少了对外部社会信用的需求,转而利用其家族内部人员来经营管理,以降低交易成本。同时,中国传统的“家”文化思想观念更是加强了其对家族内部成员的依赖。这就严重制约了民营企业对职业经理人的需求。最后,本文从加强职业经理人市场建设和个人财产保护制度建设两方面来寻求如何增加社会信用的供给,来解决民营企业的外部环境对其发展的影响。
This article focus on the external environment that the private enterprise needs. The private enterprises depend on the family men because of the scarcity of the social credibility. At this time, the profound history of Chinese family culture enhance the trend, which significant effects on the need of the professional managers. Finally, the article reviews that the improvement the professional managers and the property protection are the two main ways to solve the private enterprises'problems.
