摘要
在区域经济增长过程中 ,路径依赖的不同致使制度创新的绩效呈现较大的地区差距。农业制度创新、产业制度创新和地方政府制度创新是制约区域经济增长的重要因素 ,并在一定的路径依赖过程中不断强化 ,应注重区位势能开发理论的研究 。
In the course of regional economic growth, differences in approach reliance will result in fairly big regional differences in the achievements. The innovation of agricultural system, industrial system and local government system is an important factor restricting regional economic growth, and keeps reinforcing itself in the course of approach reliance. Therefore, emphasis must be put on the theoretical study of regional potentiality to accelerate regional economic growth.
