摘要
主要研究沙菜藻体的显微结构及其化学成分 .研究结果表明 :沙菜藻体由皮层细胞和髓部细胞组成 ,其细胞壁由胞间层、初生壁和次生壁组成 ,卡拉胶多糖成分存在于沙菜细胞的初生壁外侧之间的胞间层中 ,呈无定形状态 ,是细胞之间的连接物质 ;沙菜中的主要成分是碳水化合物 ,阳江沙菜、海南沙菜中的碳水化合物含量比麒麟菜低 5 %左右 ;阳江沙菜中的粗纤维含量最高 ,而麒麟菜的最低 .
The microstructure and chemical component of Hypnea were studied.The result shows as follows: the Hypnea thallus is made of cortex cell and marrow cell,and its cell wall is consisted of middle lamella,primary cell wall and second cell wall. As cells linkage material,carrageenan polysaccharides locates in middle lamella between the primary cell walls with a amorphous status. The main component of Hypnea is carbohydrates. The content of carbohydrates in Hypnea from Yangjiang and Hainan is 5% lower than that in Encheuma ;but the cellulose content in Hypnea from Yangjiang is the highest and that in Encheuma is the lowest.
