摘要
通过分析弹簧垫圈园切刀磨削加工质量不易保证的原因,提出了运用模糊控制器来提高弹簧垫圈园切刀磨削加工质量的方法,给出了模糊控制系统的结构、模糊规则、模糊推理、模糊决策及仿真结果,运用前景广阔。
The reasons of low quality of the spring-washer's special grinding machine are analyzed. A method for advancing quality of the spring-washer s spring grinding machine by fuzzy controller,is put forward. The principle,the hardware architecture,rule and simulation of this fuzzy control system are given. The system ensures the quality of the spring-washer s circular cutter and possesses evident economic benefit.
