摘要
民事诉讼费用制度关系到司法制度的根本。通过对民事诉讼费用制度在实践中运做所暴露出来的弊端进行剖析 。
The rules of civil litigation charges concern the basis of our judicial system. This article tries to analyze these disadvantages disclosed in the performance of the rules and show how to pefect them.
