当今社会 ,公众人物隐私权与公众社会知情权的冲突日益明显。为协调与解决这一冲突 ,我们应当坚持权利协调一致、维护社会公共利益、保护公众人物人格尊严、满足公众合理兴趣等四个原则 ,同时还要解决好理论研究与立法、在理论和司法实践上对公众人物隐私权与公共社会知情权的界定两个问题。

In today's society, the conflict between the right to privacy of public person and the right to know society of public becomes more and more obvious. This paper analyzes the conflict between the right to privacy of public person and the right to know society of public.Based on this point, it raises four principles and two aspects to coordinate and solve the conflict.
