The paper studied the technique and measures about increasing water temperature of well irrigation for rice in Sanjiang Plain. The most important thing is the technique about how to increasing water temperature in sunning water pool and ditch and the method of irrigation. At last, through designing a typical area, the paper achieved the object of saving water increasing water temperature and yield.
