分析了五常市龙凤山灌区水资源浪费原因,提出了以非工程措施节水为主、工程措施节水为辅,非工程措施与工程措施相结合的发展节水型农业的措施。

This paper analyzes the reason of water resources waste in Longfengshan Irrigation Area in Wuchang and poses that water saving is the key of non_engineering measure and is the secondary of the engineering measure and the combination of this two methods to developing water saving agriculture.
