摘要
用反相离子对高效液相色谱法初步研究了铝与儿茶酚胺的相互作用。结果显示,去甲肾上腺素的峰高随加入铝的增加而线性下降,铝与去甲肾上腺素的配位比为1∶1。该项研究为进一步活体测定铝提供了一条新思路。
Interaction between aluminum and catecholamine has been investigated preliminarily by reversed- phase ion- pair high performance liquid chromatography. It is found that the chromatographic peak area of noradrenaline linearly decreases with the increase of the concentration of aluminum added, and the complexing ratio of aluminum to noradrenaline is 1∶1. A new direction for further development of the ~ in vivo~ indirect determination of aluminum is provided in this paper.
