微型固相萃取柱预处理胆固醇氧化物的研究

摘要 本文研究了自装的微型SPE固相萃取小柱(柱填料仅为20mg)从大量花生油和胆固醇中分离、富集胆固醇氧化产物,效果良好。 A method using a micro- solid phase extraction column that has smaller packed bed with only 20 mg of sorbent(silica gel 60H) was developed for the rapid isolation and enrichment of cholesterol oxidation products in the presence of cholesterol and peanut oil. The suitable eluent and elution volume were selected. Six cholesterol oxidation products including 5,6~ α~ - epoxycholesterol, 5,6~ β~ - epoxycholesterol, cholestan- 3~ β,5α,6β~ - triol, 7- ketocholesterol, 25- hydroxycholesterol, 6- ketocholesterol were completely separated by capillary column gas chromatography.
