Determination of Ni and Mo in Catalyst by XRF

本文研究了用化学试剂人工合成标样,熔融法制样,散射背景校正基体效应,X射线荧光光谱法同时测定加氢催化剂中镍和钼的方法,并获得了较好的效果。

In the paper,an XRF method for the determination of Ni and Mo in catalyst has been proposed. Analytical conditions and procedure were briefly described and the data of the analytical accuracy was listed.
